Great insight. I think it’s true of all generations — the ‘boomers’, in their 1960s rebel form, were just as complicit in their own representation, especially when regarded in aggregate.

That is, if you even think ‘generations’ make sense as a historical category, rther than, say, just talking about culture or the zeitgeist.

And despite using the word ‘Millennial’ in the headline of a recent successful piece on here, I 100% agree that it’s a probelmatic descriptor. Shame it gets so many clicks, hey.
