Hi Akhilesh,

I think you’re right — there is always leeway to make your job your own. Probably the best example of this in history is Robert Moses, who kept building expressways and bridges in NY long after people wanted him to stop.

I think it’s worth pointing out though that not all workers can do this, so while it’s definitley possible and — as you say — worth keeping an eye out for, it’s not something everyone can bank on.
